🌿 Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

✅ Item received is damaged during shipping
✅ Wrong item received
✅ Item has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging must be provided as proof.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Customized or personalized products
• Minor variations in color, texture, or design due to the handmade nature of the products
• Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

💰 Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the item is received and inspected:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🔄 Replacements

We offer free replacements if:

• The product arrives damaged.
• You receive the wrong product.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

📦 Damaged Products

If your package arrives damaged:

1. Take clear photos/videos of the package and product.

3. Include your order number and supporting images.

We will review your request and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

🚚 Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
• Once production or shipping has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
